6. Time to Invite and Follow up

The inviting of your guests plays a very vital part in the success of your party. Invite your guests well ahead of the party so that they can make it a priorety on their "To-Do" list. After having sent out the invites, send an email reminder a week before and perhaps a friendly sms saying "Looking forward to seeing you at the party tomorrow!" the day before your party. This will let your guests know that you are interested in having each one of them there personally.

Your theme will determine the type of atmosphere you will want at your party. Are you going to impress with a stylish, sophisticated vibe? Or will you have a viberant and lively feel?
